Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional initiatives across multiple channels. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to assist with content creation, market research, campaign analytics, and coordination of internal and external marketing efforts while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Create cohesive cross-channel marketing content and collateral for platforms including social media, websites, print, out-of-home (OOH), connected TV (CTV), SMS, direct mail, email, brochures, and advertisements.
• Support content creation by capturing new footage and repurposing existing video and photo assets for marketing use.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor engaging organic social media content.
• Monitor social media trends, local events, and seasonal opportunities to help identify new marketing and content ideas.
• Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives including company newsletters, quarterly events, and community engagement activities.
• Assist in tracking marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and preparing reports.
• Provide support in maintaining and updating the company’s website, marketing databases, and customer lists as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external vendors to support the execution of marketing initiatives.
• Assist with organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
• Experience using design or content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
• Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple projects in a timely and independent manner
• Ability to learn new software, platforms, and marketing tools as needed
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, sales, and customer service teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing demand and seasonal conditions

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience required.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or promotional campaigns.
• Experience using design or content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience managing or assisting with social media accounts for a business or organization preferred.
• Experience in home services or other fast-paced service industries is a plus but not required.

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time
