This role involves submitting final project quotes, leveraging market trends and strategies to expand the Untied Uptime customer base, and driving revenue growth through the sale of goods and services. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.What We Are Looking ForDeliver top line service revenue by providing customers with a comprehensive overview of Untied Uptime Services, encompassing break/fix solutions, heavy maintenance (light-duty construction), regulatory compliance testing, fuel polishing, and moreFoster consistent communication with the United Uptime fuel maintenance team to uncover new business opportunitiesTarget prominent fuel retailers, such as Circle K, Quik Trip, Frye's, Safeway, Albertson's, and 7-11Monitor bids and successes to evaluate revenue and margin effectsConduct thorough pre- and post-bid assessments to ensure project estimate accuracyFormulate a precise scope of work (SOW) to facilitate accurate project estimationsAggregate and analyze data to evaluate overall costs, including relevant company surcharges and productivity goalsVerify adherence to company policies, industry standards, and contractual obligationsCultivate and sustain a network to identify and prioritize new sales leadsEngage with customers, specifically store managers of fuel retailers, to discern their product and service needs, providing tailored recommendationsGuarantee customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management, effectively addressing any post-sale issuesMaintain meticulous records of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any challenges in customer or vendor relationshipsPerforms all other duties as assignedUnited Uptime Services is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled
