Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our kitchen team and make sure every shift runs smoothly. This person will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer service while supporting and supervising kitchen staff.

The expected pay rate is $28.00/hour. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.  

Your activities

• Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily operations.
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the team organized during busy periods.
• Ensure food is prepared consistently, safely, and according to company standards.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, presentation, and ticket times.
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures.
• Help manage inventory, deliveries, prep levels, and minimize food waste.
• Train new employees and coach existing team members.
• Handle kitchen issues quickly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house staff.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and fully prepared for each shift.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Your profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced kitchen professional who can  lead by example . You should be organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and comfortable making decisions when things get busy. Previous supervisory or lead-kitchen experience is preferred, along with strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

What success looks like

A successful Kitchen Supervisor keeps the kitchen  organized, efficient, clean, and positive , while developing the team and ensuring guests consistently receive high-quality food.

This is a hands-on leadership role—not a position where you simply oversee from the sidelines. We want someone who is willing to jump in, support the team, and take ownership of the kitchen.
