Financial Systems Administrator

To support financial operations, the full-time Financial Systems Administrator will manage and enhance cloud-based financial applications, including Oracle NetSuite, while working remotely in the USA. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day administration and user support for financial applications, ensuring reliability and alignment with business needs Configure system settings, troubleshoot issues, and support financial processes such as month-end close and budgeting cycles Maintain documentation, train users, and assist with system upgrades and compliance activities Required qualifications Bachelor's or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience administering financial systems, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite Demonstrated experience configuring cloud-based software applications and understanding financial accounting processes Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with business users to clarify requirements Experience with financial automation platforms and familiarity with NetSuite integrations preferred
