Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We're currently seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our amazing team.

Details of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner opening:

Anticipated start date: ASAP
Salary Range: $70/hour
Anticipated duration of assignment: As needed
Anticipated schedule: FT / 12s (8:30a-8:30p) or 24-hour shifts

Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner:

Performing physical exams and patient observations.
Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.
Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
Monitoring and operating medical equipment.
Diagnosing health issues.
Administering medicine and other treatments.
Detecting changes in patients' health and modifying treatment plans, as needed.
Consulting with healthcare professionals and families.
Training patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.
Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients attending primary health care services with a range of acute, non-acute and chronic medical conditions.

Qualifications for the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner:

Current and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in State of practice.
Current and unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in State of practice (APRN).
