The Commercial Pest Control Lead Specialist will also perform responsibilities of a Service Specialist maintaining regularly scheduled route responsibilities, additional work requests, and assisting with open routes.Building and maintaining good customer relationsMaintaining high service standards at all accountsParticipation in group meetings and account reviewsCompletion of independent and group on-going trainingServe as a coach and mentor for Service SpecialistsAbility and willingness to work flexible hoursBeing an interactive member in team work environmentMay require participating in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekendsWhat do you need?2-3 years of commercial pest control experienceMust possess a valid, current Pest Control LicenseAdvanced LOB/PNOL knowledgeExcellent problem solving skillsSelf discipline to work efficiently without direct supervisionStrong verbal and written communication skillsHandle high dependency customer service issuesMust have proficient district level knowledgeCourteously and effectively interact with a diverse group of coworkers and customersThe ability to identify and solve problems without direct guidance and provide follow through with action steps until resolution is reachedStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnExcellent organization and time management skillsMust have and express a sense of urgency when dealing with client and partner concerns.Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Able to work 40+ hours per week including Saturday’s as neededMust possess a valid driver’s licenseBase Pay RangeHourly: $33.00 - $35.00While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
