We're looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale custom packaging equipment projects from kickoff through final delivery. You'll partner with customers, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to keep projects moving, solve problems before they become issues, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Lead multiple custom-engineered equipment projects simultaneouslyOwn project schedules, budgets, risks, and customer expectationsServe as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field service teamsManage scope changes, change orders, and project documentationDrive project execution while balancing quality, cost, and scheduleIdentify risks early and develop practical solutionsMentor fellow project managers and help improve project management best practices
