In this role, you'll be an essential part of our mission to enhance patient engagement and drive growth through innovative marketing initiatives.Become a strategic partner to our clinical, operational, and executive leaders.Transform business objectives into effective, engaging marketing programs.Oversee marketing activities and manage campaign execution with flair.Collaborate with external partners and evaluate campaign performance.Report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with a vibrant team.Join us in a collaborative environment that truly values personal development, work-life balance, and impactful community contributions.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms to reach diverse audiences.Support marketing strategies for service lines, programs, and clinic locations by aligning with organizational goals.Collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution and impactful results.Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics to optimize marketing efforts.Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes to stakeholders.Develop and coordinate marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.Coordinate with external vendors and manage campaign-level budgets efficiently.Support community outreach activities and events to enhance brand presence.Conduct market research and gather audience insights to inform strategic decisions.Identify opportunities for marketing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field required.Minimum 4-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or community-based organizations.Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through execution and evaluation.Strong project management, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with marketing analytics, content management systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.About Legacy Community HealthAs the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southeast Texas, Legacy Community Health has been delivering comprehensive, high-quality, and affordable health care for nearly 40 years.
