Akumin is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This full-time, remote role is located within the United States. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on workplace concerns, interpret policies, conduct intake, and manage ER cases in collaboration with the Senior Manager, ER. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in HR with a focus on Employee Relations, and strong communication, analytical, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Akumin®
