Employee Relations Specialist

To ensure consistency in performance management, the full-time remote Employee Relations Specialist will manage a caseload, serve as a liaison between leadership and staff, and promote effective communication and a respectful workplace culture. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions Utilize the Case Management System (CMS) for documentation of cases and collaborate with leaders on performance-related issues Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on Employee Relations preferred SHRM or HRCI Certification required Knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.) Proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills
