Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
Current documentation of immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policy.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy or contract experience.
Experience with patient populations typical to skilled nursing facilities, including geriatric care and post-acute rehabilitation.

Assignment Details
Shift hours: 0800-1630.
Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Meal break: 30 minutes.
Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
Contract duration: 13 weeks.
