A window installation company is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator to join their team in Westover, WV! As an Office Administrator, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and follow up with clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate via email and text through CRM systems to manage client inquiries.
• Submit permit applications and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and providing information.
• Maintain an organized database, pulling customer information for mailings and follow-up.
• Utilize QuickBooks for customer data input, invoicing, and tracking transactions.
• Manage daily office tasks with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferred: 2+ years of office administration or similar experience.
• Preferred: College degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills and experience with QuickBooks and CRM software is preferred.
• Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Customer service skills: Friendly, approachable, and responsive to client needs
