Community Assistant

As a Community Assistant you will be responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

You Will:

• Show, lease and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign lease

• Conduct functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, and all follow up

• Maintain a professional and personal atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents may meet

• Inspect models and made ready units daily to ensure they meet standards

• Answer incoming calls and handle each whether it is a prospective new resident, current resident with a complaint or service request

• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve and exceed leasing goals

• Perform various administrative tasks as needed

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• High School degree or equivalent

• Sales experience in multifamily housing, student housing, hospitality, or retail industries

• Strong organization skills and detail oriented

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Team player with high levels of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
