What You’ll Bring:

• Special Education experience strongly preferred
• Michigan Special Education Certification preferred
• Understanding of high school curriculum and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to support both academic and social-emotional growth
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

• Full-time support in a high school resource room setting (9th grade OR 10th–12th grade)
• Serve a caseload of approximately 14–20 students
• Provide academic instruction, social-emotional guidance, and behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families
• Attend professional development if onboarded before August 27, 2026
