Georgetown Allure Medical Spa is seeking a licensed aesthetic professional with hands-on treatment experience and proven sales success to lead consultations, build personalized treatment plans with our clinical team, and turn client interest into lasting relationships.

What you’ll do

\n
• Lead consultations that inspire confidence. Understand each client’s goals, treatment history, priorities, and budget. Explain provider-approved options across injectables, EZ Gel, Morpheus8/RF microneedling, laser treatments, and skincare.
\n
• Present clear plans and close sales. Guide clients through recommended treatments, timing, pricing, packages, memberships, and financing. Answer questions, address hesitation respectfully, and confidently ask for the next step.
\n
• Build relationships beyond the first visit. Follow up with inquiries and undecided clients, support treatment-plan completion, and encourage rebooking and skincare replenishment.
\n
• Own your opportunities. Maintain accurate consultation notes and follow-up tasks, track sales and conversion, and contribute ideas that improve results and the client experience.

Clinical assessments and final treatment decisions remain with the appropriately licensed provider. Any clinical services require appropriate credentials and practice authorization.

What you’ll bring

\n

\n
• Hands-on aesthetic treatment experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or comparable setting.
\n
• Proven success selling aesthetic treatments , packages, and professional skincare.
\n
• Strong consultation skills , consistent follow-up, and confidence discussing treatment value, pricing, and next steps.
\n
• An active professional license in esthetics , nursing, or a related medical or aesthetic field. Estheticians, RNs, NPs, and PAs are encouraged to apply.

Location & schedule

\n

Work in person at our Washington, DC practice. Weekend availability, including Saturdays and Sundays, is required. Share your preferred employment arrangement and availability so we can discuss scheduling.
