Job Summary:

Avir at The Meadow is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare team! As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to staff. Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless resident care and staff management

Provide clinical leadership to staff, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with established standards and guidelines

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address resident needs and concerns

Monitor and improve quality of care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
