The starting rate is $32.70/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the Culinary Supervisor position with Hyatt for four years or more, which is currently offered at $33.35/hour. Qualifications 4 years of previous line experience preferred, in banquet and restaurant kitchens Culinary leadership experience preferred Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred Experience in high-volume kitchens, including breakfast lines and/or From Scratch cooking Candidates should be able to perform all basic, intermediate, and advanced cooking skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, while standing/walking for long periods of time Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen Ability to lift/push/pull a moderate amount of weight Open schedule flexibility to include mornings, weekends and holidays required Must be available to work from 05:00a – 02:30p #J-18808-Ljbffr
