On-Site Supervisor

In this vital role, the Onsite Supervisor will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, and enhance operational efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location $21-$25/hr weekly, compensation based on experience. Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision. Day Shift; 6:00 am-6:00 pm. Located in Reno, Nevada. Key Responsibilities & Competencies Manage field employees, including attendance, coaching, and terminations. Approach customer service with flexibility and accessibility for both client and associates. Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams. Understand and enforce the implementation of safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to the client and Accurate leadership. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills. As needed, Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers. Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies. Support diversity and comply with EEO standards. Requirements and Qualifications Bilingual (English & Spanish). At least 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry and or managing a workforce in a manufacturing environment. Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
