Bilingual Production Manager

Position Overview Olshan Foundation Solutions has a Production Manager position available in Jackson, MS, for a dedicated, motivated, and reliable team member. You'll manage Crew Supervisors and Crew Members, ensuring job site safety and progress. Benefits Bi-weekly salary plus performance bonus Two weeks paid vacation per year Paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401K & Roth Responsibilities Manage Crew Supervisors and Crew Members Recruit, hire, and train new Crew Supervisors and Crew Members on construction methods and operation of equipment Manage personnel, production, and operational data to ensure safe and efficient operations Examine and inspect job progress, equipment, and construction sites, and make recommendations as necessary Communicate with managers, technical professionals, other departments, or contractors to coordinate projects and resolve problems Serve as point of contact for customers and team members Ensure job site quality and safety Operate and maintain company vehicles Prepare and conduct weekly safety meetings and safety inspections Adhere to all company policies according to the Employee & Safety Handbook Meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Requirements Must have proven Production Manager experience in the construction industry or similar Must have supervisory and leadership experience Requires good judgment and sound decision‑making ability Perform physical labor to load/unload materials and stand/walk on uneven ground Must have a valid Driver's License with a favorable driving record Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check Must be able to travel to Texas for 4‑week training #J-18808-Ljbffr
