Assistant Property Manager POST NUMBER: 477145
$40 - $43 per hour A well-known property management and investment company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations for a premier commercial office portfolio in San Francisco. This is a long-term temp role with strong potential to convert to a full-time position.
This role is fully onsite Mon – Fri.
- Support the Property Manager with full-cycle accounts payable and receivable , including invoice processing, aging reports, CAM reconciliations, and monthly accruals — Yardi experience is a strong plus
- Assist with annual budget preparation and monthly reforecasting , tracking variances, analyzing expenses, and ensuring building operations stay on target
- Serve as a key point of contact for tenant relations , coordinating move-ins/outs, work orders, lease obligations, and property communications
- Manage vendor contracts and compliance , including certificates of insurance, service agreements, site walks, and performance tracking
- Oversee administrative operations including SharePoint/Yardi document management, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and the asset management calendar
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, construction, leasing, and accounting teams to keep building operations running smoothly at a Class-A standard
