Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position is perfect for both experienced SLPs and recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Preferred candidates will bring expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology and a passion for making a positive impact on young learners. Experience with AAC devices or behavioral interventions is a plus, but not required. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Knowledge of pediatric SLP practices, especially within elementary populations
• Experience or interest in teletherapy, AAC devices, or behavioral support (preferred, not required)
• Ability to organize and manage a full-time M-F schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Conduct therapy using in-person or teletherapy approaches as appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
