Specialized Experience One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Reviewing grant or cooperative agreement applications for regulatory compliance; (2) Conducts post-award reviews and analyses to identify management, financial, and administrative issues; and (3) Reconciling recipient financial reports to track project expenditures.
