International Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
The Logistics Associate plays a critical role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and scheduling deliveries to ensure smooth international transportation processes, including customs procedures. This position requires frequent communication with carriers and regular coordination with suppliers to optimize logistics operations. Working primarily during day shifts, the role leverages ERP and Warehouse Management Systems while interfacing with partners such as Fed Ex and DHL.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
Coordinate shipments and oversee delivery scheduling
Handle logistics documentation and customs processes for international transportation
Communicate effectively with carriers and logistics partners
Collaborate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely supply chain operations

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in logistics
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Proven teamwork abilities
