Our agency opened its doors in January 2025 and is off to an impressive start, already building a small, competitive team of two with plans to grow. I spent 10 years as a State Farm team member before opening this office, bringing a decade of experience, deep product knowledge, and a hands-on leadership style to the business. Located in Butler County, we host and participate in several community events, staying connected to the people we serve. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hanna Drane - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
