We believe in compassionate, personalized care—and we’re looking for someone who can communicate that value to referral partners and the community.What This Role Is All AboutIn the home care industry, growth depends on strong relationships with referral sources—hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, physicians, and other healthcare partners. Many of these partners already have home care agencies calling on them. Your job is to help Griswold earn a seat at the table by building awareness, credibility, and trust.
