We work with clients across the United States, with global ambitions in the years ahead.Who You AreAs a Product Manager, you will help lead the strategy and execution for Citian's product suite. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and AI integration. You will own the product roadmap for current and future offerings while working closely with the engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features that drive adoption and measurable customer value.Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmapPartner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiencesDevelop features that leverage automation and AI to reduce manual effort and improve outcomesWork closely with existing clients to understand their pain points and validate solutionsEstablish clear success metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion, time saved, adoption)Collaborate with go-to-market teams to drive successful launches and adoptionRequired Qualifications5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or GovTechStrong understanding of user workflows and building for non-technical users at scaleAbility to translate complex problems or client requirements into simple solutionsData-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metricsProven ability to work cross-functionally with our engineering and product teams and influence without authorityStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with state and local governments and/or public sector transportationYour Citian AdvantageCompetitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance and generous PTO.401(k) company match and monthly commuter transportation benefitOn-site gym and free snacks in the officeHigh-growth potential and opportunities for advancement within a fast growing, venture-backed SaaS startup!Citian is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees, clients, partners, and communities.
