Intake & Locate Specialist

Monroe County PA is seeking an adept Intake & Locate Specialist for our Domestic Relations Office. This position reports to the Director of Domestic Relations and will be responsible for facilitating the intake process for child support cases and locating absent parents to ensure compliance with court orders. This Intake & Locate Specialist position offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and integrity of the office, and ultimately serving the best interests of children and families within Monroe County, PA.
Minimum qualifications for the position are as follows:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Must possess one (1) year previous experience and/or training involving clerical/secretarial work, interpersonal relations, and personal computer operations; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
