Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, working three 24-hour shifts per pay period. In this role, you will be responsible for managing up to 8 patients daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and stabilize patients in the Emergency Department (ED).
• Diagnose and treat patients effectively.
• Determine appropriate disposition for ED patients.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.

About Our Facility

Our organization operates a Critical Access Hospital that provides comprehensive healthcare services. The facility includes:

• A 3-bed Emergency Department.
• A 20-bed medical-surgical unit to accommodate various inpatient needs.
• A broad array of outpatient services, such as laboratory, radiology, rehabilitation, infusion, and ambulatory surgery.

We are situated in Dyersville, a charming city located in eastern Delaware County and western Dubuque County, with a population of around 4,360.
