EMPACT-SPC is seeking a High Needs Case Manager to deliver direct services to children and families in home, school, and community settings. You will coordinate crisis intervention, transportation, and family education while maintaining a high level of service intensity with a caseload of 15 families. The role requires behavioural health experience, a BHT‑level credential or higher, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends when needed.
