Concrete Flatwork Foreman

Three Brothers Concrete, a trusted Denver-based concrete contractor since 2003, is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity offering stable, year-round work with immediate start dates available. As a Concrete Foreman, you will oversee and participate in all aspects of commercial concrete flatwork, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Oversee and participate in site activities related to commercial concrete flatwork, including forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for slabs on grade, slabs on deck, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and related structures. Plan project tasks, order materials, coordinate with crew members, and complete daily work reports. Supervise all work to ensure safety, quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget. Read and interpret plans, specifications, blueprints, and site instructions to determine work activities. Set grades, form, pour, and finish both interior and exterior concrete surfaces. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Foster a client-focused and detail-oriented approach on every project. Collaborate effectively as a reliable team player. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in commercial concrete flatwork, including forming, pouring, and finishing. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Detail-oriented and client-driven mindset. Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
