Pay: $17.50 - $26.24 per hour

Shift: Evening Shift

• Weekdays: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

As a Laboratory Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the diagnostic process by ensuring specimens are collected, processed, and delivered accurately so providers have the information they need to deliver exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

• Collect and process patient specimens
• Perform venipuncture and specimen handling
• Prepare specimens for testing and transport
• Enter patient information accurately into the laboratory information system (LIS)
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and clinical staff
• Maintain laboratory quality and safety standards
• Follow laboratory policies and infection prevention protocols

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current BLS Certification required
• Successful completion of a Phlebotomy training course required
• Previous laboratory or phlebotomy experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
