This is an urgent hiring need and an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with the potential to convert to a permanent position.This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a structured environment, enjoy solving problems, and can maintain accuracy while handling high-volume, repetitive tasks.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Location: Indianapolis, IN Work Arrangement: Onsite training, then hybrid schedule of 3 days remote and 2 days onsite Pay: $23-$25/hour Duration: Minimum 6-month contract with potential for extension and permanent hireWhat You'll DoEnter and upload customer invoice data into electronic payment portals with a high degree of accuracyReview invoices and match information against customer purchase ordersResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies, exceptions, and rejected submissionsPartner with internal account managers to address invoicing issuesMonitor customer payment portals and maintain detailed records of invoice activityAssist customers with account setup and navigation of invoicing systemsSupport account research and reconciliation activitiesGenerate reports and provide administrative support as neededDeliver exceptional customer service while managing a high volume of transactionsContribute to process improvements and special projectsWhat We're Looking For4+ years of experience in a corporate environmentExperience in customer service, administrative support, data entry, account support, or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepanciesAdvanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently and maintain accuracy in a repetitive, process-driven environmentStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
