Treatment Coordinator Chicago Dental Implants Oral & Facial Surgery Joliet IL Are you passionate about helping patients navigate their dental treatment journey Chicago Dental Implants Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking a highly organized personable and detail oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Joliet IL In this role youll be a key point of contact for patients helping them feel informed supported and confident throughout their care experience From scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans to explaining financial options and working with referring offices youll play an integral role in delivering exceptional patient care Location & Travel This position is primarily based in Joliet IL with occasional travel to our Orland Park Plainfield and Downers Grove locations. What Youll Do Front Desk & Patient Experience Welcome and check incheck out patients with a friendly professional attitudeAnswer a multi line phone system and assist with appointment schedulingManage appointment confirmations reschedules and cancellationsUpdate patient information insurance details and medical historiesCollect patient payments and assist with financial transactionsMaintain accurate patient records and documentationCoordinate referrals records requests and office correspondenceHelp maintain a clean organized and welcoming office environmentTreatment Coordination Present treatment plans and answer patient questions regarding procedures timelines and costsVerify insurance benefits and explain coverage and payment optionsCoordinate surgical procedures and follow up appointmentsCommunicate with referring dental offices to ensure seamless patient careSupport treatment acceptance through excellent patient communicationMaintain accurate treatment documentation and case records What Were Looking For Previous dental office experience requiredFront Desk andor Treatment Coordinator experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesConfidence discussing treatment plans insurance and financial arrangementsExperience with dental software and insurance verification processesTeam oriented mindset and commitment to outstanding patient care Schedule Full Time Monday Thursday 800 AM 500 PMFriday 800 AM 300 PM Benefits Medical Dental & Vision Insurance401k Retirement PlanPaid Time Off PTOPaid HolidaysSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to grow within a respected and expanding oral surgery practice #J-18808-Ljbffr Smile
