Barnes Aerospace CRO East Granby location has an exciting and challenging career opportunity for a Value Stream Manager, CRO . This position will lead the production activities of the East Granby -CRO division and will provide leadership and direction to the workforce, as well as work cross site and with the Aerospace Segment SLT to execute CRO repair strategies. The candidate will play an integral role in supporting broader business goals including optimizing CRO execution and profitability and further developing relationships with key customers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related operations or manufacturing experience in a supervisory position preferably in the Aerospace industry.
• Strong competencies in leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness & organizational astuteness.
• Solid understanding of financials; ability to obtain, analyze and act on financial/costs initiatives.
• Effectively balances consistency with flexibility and willing to change ideas in the face of new information.
• Act with integrity and the highest ethical behavior. Excellent interpersonal skills and team player approach.
• A customer advocate with the skills to develop and nurture long term relationships with senior leadership at our key customers.
• Proven track record of implementing and successfully executing on employee relations strategies and building a positive work environment.
• Solid computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to follow complex instructions and/or directions.
• Attention to detail and analytical approach is necessary, as well as demonstrated oral ability to present information effectively in group and one-on-one settings.

• BS Degree B.S. degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Logistics or related field preferred or 3+ years of additional Operations experience will be considered.
