Burn Boot Camp is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization with over 300 locations nationally! We are searching for experienced, energetic, and coachable trainers to work in our Training Team to provide personal training in a group setting.

As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic challenging workouts to clients of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to be a personal trainer in a group setting, motivating multiple clients, and providing a positive community for change. A Burn Boot Camp Trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst (HIIT) training, all creating an inviting environment of support to exceed client expectations.

Burn Boot Camp Trainer Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science degree required.
• NCCA approved certification (proctored exam must have been completed)
• CPR/AED certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1+ year experience in personal training or coaching preferred. Don't have the experience? Tell us how you'd be a great fit and we are willing to train the right candidate
