JOBDESCRIPTION TheWaterRestorationLeadTechnician/AssistantProjectManagerleadsamitigationcrewinwater,fire,andmoldremediationprojects,ensuringworkisperformedsafely,efficiently,andtoindustrystandardswhiledeliveringexcellentcustomerservice. PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES Leadanddirectthemitigationcrewonwater,fire,smoke,andmoldremediationprojects. Performandsupervisewaterextraction,structuraldrying,demolition,andremediationproductionwork. Setupandmonitordryingequipmentandaccuratelydocumentmoisturereadingsanddailyprogress. ManageandcompletejobsaccordingtoSERVPROprocessesperworkorder,monitoringassignedjobsfromstarttofinish. Respondtoservicecalls,setupandestablishefficientjobflow,andcoordinatetherequirementsforeachjob. Communicateclearexpectationstoproductiontechniciansandsupervisetheiractivitiesandqualityofwork. Explainprocessesandanswercustomerquestions,establishingrelationshipswithcommercial,insurance,andresidentialcustomers. Monitor,communicate,andrespondtocustomerneedsandconcernstoensurecustomersatisfaction. Maintaincontinuouscommunicationwithinternalparties,includingtheJobFileCoordinatorandmanagement. Identifysafetyhazards,communicatethem,andestablishcontrolmeasurestoensurethesafetyofoccupantsandworkers. Followandenforceallsafetyproceduresonthejobsite. Resolveproblemsquicklyastheyarise. Managejobfiledocumentationtoensurecompleteandaccurateprojectdetails,includingphotosandrequiredreadings. Manageandcontrolthecostsofproductionprojects. Manageassetsbyprotectingandproperlyusingequipmentandmaterials. Cleanandmaintainvehicles,equipment,warehouse,andofficeareas. POSITIONREQUIREMENTS Highschooldiploma/GEDrequired. 1-3yearsofwater/firemitigationexperience. IICRCWRTorsimilarcertificationpreferred. Knowledgeofdryingequipmentandmoisturedocumentation. Validdriver'slicenseandstrongcustomerserviceskills,required. Mustbeabletoworkinpersonandtraveltojobsitesasneeded.Availableforweekendandafter-hourson-callrotation. MustbeauthorizedtoworklawfullyintheUnitedStatesandabletosuccessfullycompleteabackgroundchecksubjecttoapplicablelaw. PHYSICALDEMANDS Abilitytoregularlylift50poundsandliftupto100poundswithassistance. Repetitivepushing,pulling,lifting,andcarryingofobjectsthroughouttheday. Walkingandstandingforlongperiods,aswellasdriving,sitting,andclimbing. Abilitytoclimbladdersandworkatceilingheights. Abilitytoworkintightspaces(e.g.,crawlspacesunderbuildingsandattics). Exposuretochemicals,fumes,airborneparticles,andloudnoise. Occasionalexposuretoextremeconditionssuchasheat,cold,andnoxiousodors. Requiredtooccasionallyweararespiratorandotherpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE). Physicalstaminaandmanualdexteritytoperformdemandingtasksthroughouttheday. JobType Full-Time,upto40hoursperweek.
