Support Lead

Jr. Data Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Data Analyst with a strong background in Data Management to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 16 years of experience, with mandatory technical skills in 3DX PLM. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our business operations and drive efficiency. Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document data requirements. Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure data consistency. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions. Create and maintain data dashboards and reports for various stakeholders. Monitor data performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures. Support the implementation and maintenance of 3DX PLM systems. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. Train and mentor junior team members on data management best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management and analysis. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes. Qualifications: Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Have extensive experience in data management and analysis.
