Vice President - Telecom & Digital Infrastructure

In the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure group, our Vice Presidents work across many verticals including broadband, network infrastructure, data centers, cloud infrastructure, managed services, satellites, wireless infrastructure, and digital infrastructure services. Responsibilities Direct financial analyses and review models Lead preparation and creation of client presentations and marketing materials Interact with client senior executives Manage deal processes Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts Qualifications A minimum of 5-6 years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred) A demonstrated team player attitude and leadership qualities with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture Meaningful exposure to the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure sector Top academic performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, and maturity Ability to support, manage and empower junior bankers Strong client and presentation skills Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously Bachelor’s degree required, an MBA and/or JD would be an asset Benefits We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $250,000 - $275,000 USD.
