- Track registrations, attendance, cancellations, rescheduling, and course completion.
- Ensure purchase orders, contracts, and other commercial requirements are completed before training begins.
- Coordinate with accounting and operations teams to support invoicing, revenue recognition, instructor costs, and expense tracking.
- Monitor training profitability, instructor utilization, booking levels, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.
- Maintain the master training calendar and communicate upcoming courses to internal teams and customers.
- Promote upcoming classes through customer outreach, email campaigns, account reviews, events, and coordination with marketing.
- Collect customer feedback and use it to improve course content, delivery, scheduling, and the overall training experience.
- Maintain training records, completion certificates, evaluations, and other required documentation.
- Develop repeatable processes that allow the training business to scale efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with Siemens training and technical teams to remain current on available courses, certifications, and product updates.
- Provide regular forecasts and reports on pipeline, bookings, revenue, utilization, cancellations, and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements

- Experience preparing quotations, proposals, budgets, or statements of work.
- Strong commercial judgment and understanding of pricing, costs, margins, and profitability.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and customer communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow through on commitments, and resolve issues quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
