- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning efforts.
- Provide the highest quality of service at all times.
- Ensure preparation stations and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized.
- Comply with sanitation/safety standards within Food Services and ensure all personnel follow safety/sanitation standards.
- Ensure availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware by cleaning and restocking areas and cook stations.
- Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
- Clean food prep stations and sanitize.
- Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event that items have broken or spilled.
- Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans.
- Assist with other cleaning/sanitization needs as requested.

- Ability to lift 40 pounds for approximately 20% of a typical working day.

- Ability to grasp with both hands; pinch with thumb and forefinger; turn with hand/Client; reach above shoulder height.
- Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.
