Patient Liaison

This position requires Patient Flow Staffing Liaison under managed care services to monitor real-time patient flow, staffing coverage, and census trends, proactively identifying bottlenecks and coordinating interventions to improve throughput throughout the organization. This role serves as a key communication link between clinical staff, bed control, nursing leadership, and ancillary departments to facilitate efficient patient movement, reduce delays, and maintain safe staffing levels.

Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Basic computer skills; Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to multi-task and maintain focus.
Proactive, can-do approach and desire to build positive working relationships through collaborative problem-solving.
Self-motivated and results oriented. Must be able to demonstrate sound decision making, flexibility and prioritization skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
Required:
High school diploma

Preferred
Minimum of 1-year acute hospital nursing in a medical/surgical setting
