Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Receiving Clerk to support daily shipping and receiving activity near Ramsey, New Jersey. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing incoming shipments in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help keep materials moving efficiently, maintain accurate shipment records, and coordinate logistics activities that support day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:• Oversee the receipt of incoming deliveries and verify that shipments are complete, accurate, and properly documented.• Coordinate daily movement of materials by organizing shipping and receiving activities to meet operational timelines.• Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, and related documentation to ensure orders are processed correctly.• Track inbound and outbound shipments and communicate updates to internal teams as needed.• Maintain organized inventory and shipment records to support accuracy and efficient workflow.• Work with carriers, vendors, and internal partners to resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies.• Assist with morning shipment intake and prioritize materials for timely handling and distribution.
