Salesforce AdministratorWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. This role involves hands-on administration, user support, automation, and reporting, and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet business needsConfigure and manage:Standard and custom objectsFields, page layouts, record types, and validation rulesWorkflows, process automation, and approvalsForms, reports, and dashboardsSupport enhancements and ongoing improvements across Salesforce modulesUser & Security ManagementManage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controlsHandle onboarding, offboarding, and user access updatesEnsure data security and adherence to Salesforce best practicesData Management & QualityPerform data imports, updates, and cleanupsEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and consistencyAssist with data governance and documentationReporting & AnalyticsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards for business teamsSupport ad-hoc reporting requestsEnsure reporting aligns with business KPIs and operational needsSupport & CollaborationAct as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions and issuesTroubleshoot and resolve basic system and user issuesGather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutionsCoordinate with internal teams for enhancements and issue resolutionDocumentation & Best PracticesMaintain system documentation and configuration detailsFollow Salesforce best practices for administration and configurationSupport continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills & QualificationsProven hands-on experience as a Salesforce AdministratorStrong knowledge of:Salesforce configuration and administrationWorkflow automation and business processesReports and dashboardsExperience with user management, security settings, and data maintenanceAbility to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
