The Role: Sales Operations Administrator

You're someone who thrives on customer service, and loves to provide a helpful, caring environment. You'll provide support to the Sales Department by supporting customers via email and telephone, processing the daily sales agreements, Salesforce data entry, and other related tasks. You'll also be assigned projects on an as needed basis.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to potential clients and current customers
• Answer inbound calls and emails in a timely fashion
• Distribute inbound leads via phone and email
• Process new service agreements
• Salesforce data entry
• Create and maintain excel spreadsheets
• Assist with miscellaneous sales rep requests
• Research and resolve installation instruction discrepancies
• Work as a team with employees in all departments
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years experience in sales support, administrative, or related position
• Proficient computer skills, MS Office, and Salesforce
• Type 45 WPM
• Must be able to work well with others
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Sedona and Manitou experience are a plus

Our primary client base includes commercial and multi-family real estate owners and property managers, and the most common areas we install our emergency phones are in elevators and at pool sides. We design, build, sell, install, service, and monitor those phones. Our Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) provides 24/7/365 service to help dispatch local emergency services to people in distress.
