Role Description The Associate Director / Director – Project Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL. This position oversees both our Bioanalytical and Biomarker PM teams, which execute complex laboratory projects ans will ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions when needed. The role involves regular communication with internal stakeholders and clients, preparing project status reports, and aligning project execution with strategic and operational objectives. The individual will also mentor project managers, and help refine project management methodologies to support the growth of Immunologix Laboratories.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and Program Management to lead multiple complex initiatives and maintain alignment with business objectives.
• Extensive experience in a regulated laboratory, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment, with familiarity in GxP and industry best practices.
• Strong skills in resource planning to manage project costs, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Proven Team Leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and support staff development.
• Experience with Process Improvement to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfort working on-site in Tampa, FL, with a hands-on approach to project oversight and team collaboration.
