Fantastic opportunity to serve as an integral member of the finance team, ensuring accurate, timely full-cycle payroll processing and reconciliation for domestic team members. This position offers a flexible hybrid/remote environment combining the comfort of working from home with collaborative meetings at the Phoenix office.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Processing and issuing wage and fee payments accurately for domestic salaried and hourly employees across multiple cycles.
• Reconciling complex payroll data, including all earnings, tax withholdings, garnishments, and voluntary deductions.
• Preparing and auditing monthly and quarterly payroll reports, including Workers' Compensation and community contribution filings.
• Coordinating across departments to manage payroll updates, resolve employee inquiries, and support internal and external audit procedures.
• Executing year-end payroll procedures, including annual tax reporting and domestic W-2 form processing.

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle payroll processing, tax filing, and payroll accounting.
• Strong software proficiency, with hands-on exposure to SAP and ADP strongly preferred.
• Solid analytical skills, including intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel) knowledge and practical 10-key calculator experience.
• High self-motivation and initiative, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while collaborating effectively with a close-knit team.
• Local residency in the Phoenix area to attend periodic team meetings and coordinate onsite mailings when needed.
