Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to understand the needs and aspirations of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions, focusing on personal growth and recovery strategies tailored to each patient.

• Conduct group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for individuals to share experiences, challenges, and progress in their recovery journey.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing substance-related emergencies, maintaining a calm and effective response.

• Educate patients and their families about addiction, recovery practices, and available community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient sessions and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.

• Comprehensive understanding of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy within addiction treatment settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities, fostering trust and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available for new hires. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
