Senior Manager - Program & Project Management

The candidate should also be able to work independently provide strategic support and help ensure smooth governance and operational oversight of key initiativesKey Skills Keywords Program Management Good techno functional skills analytical and communication skills Strong client relationships across sectors.Roles Responsibilities:Should have atleast 10 years of total experience and relevant good experience in Program Engagement ManagementPartner closely with Program Leads DMs and Accounts team across the engagements for different Initiatives in area of program expertise Banking domainMaintain strong client relationships and stakeholder managementShould be able to manage a big engagement of around 15-20 M plus annuallyShould be able to manage and monitor the performance of multiple programs of work and collaborate with the Program Lead DMs to ensure programs are running smoothly is in alignment to business goalsEnsure consistent implementation of common PMO standards reporting and closure process across programsProvide on the ground support to the Delivery Managers to help execute the planning directing and coordination of day to day activities of running the Initiative of the portfolioStrong stakeholder managementEnsure all areas of the program are appropriately staffed to meet the operational needsMonitor and track execution of all the programs in the engagement and take appropriate actions if there is any risk identifiedDrive adherence to program processes procedures methods and standards for program delivery and leverage across the programsShould be well conversant with modern technologiesStrong leadership skills with a proven record in driving positive and sustained change should be well versed with delivery lead growth initiativeShould demonstrate consistent track record of having worked as a Program Engagement Manager working on large strategic cross functional projects programsShould have good working experience in the banking domain with good understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutionsGood techno functional skills analytical and communication skillsExperience in demand fulfilment targeted hiring and tracking is a mustShould have good experience in handling project program finances and invoicingShould have good experience working on RFPs SOWs and other proposals with Accounts team and Delivery managers Project ManagersMandatory Certification Industry Certification
