Maintenance Coordinator - Nights (5:45p - 6:15a) Pay ($37.90 - $42.55) Plus $2.00 Shift Diff.

Responsibilities Lead turnover meetings, ensuring proper agenda guidelines are followed. Take delivery of POD (Plan of the Day), understand it, and execute it. Coordinate the shift: Taking radio calls and dispatching craft staff to reactive calls, following up at intervals per escalation protocol. Re-assigning craft staff based upon production needs. Understand and adhere to Escalation Protocol, contacting appropriate resources when necessary. Delegating the planned work to craft personnel, keeping in mind priority ranking and ensuring work kits are utilized. Making rounds of the plant, contacting local Operations Team Leaders to ensure proper support. Contacting craft staff to ensure progress vs work pack/reactive call, adjusting accordingly based on status. Ensuring the Shovel-Ready work list is executed during downtime due to machine, scheduling, or inventory issues. Complete the Daily Shift report: Creating a new Word Doc in the pertinent file location. Populating the report per shift reporting guidelines. Distributing the report to plant leadership and team members. Manage crew's timecards in WFM daily and ensure the team's timecards are ready for final approval by the department manager before payroll on Monday mornings at 7:00 am. Ensure available resources are actively involved on the plant floor supporting "cold start-ups" of equipment and processes. Compensation & Benefits Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
