Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Currently seeking SLPs for the 2026/2027 school year, you’ll enjoy a manageable 32.5-hour workweek tailored to promote a healthy work-life balance. Both SLPs holding their CCC and recent graduates seeking CFY supervision are encouraged to apply.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Illinois SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
• Comfortable working with K-8th grade students in diverse school settings
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students on-site (no virtual therapy)
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to ensure consistent student support
• Attend staff meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as required
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation according to district and regulatory guidelines
